Donna Heinrichs

I am a very well-rounded practitioner. I have had extensive experience in the past with litigation and appeals both to the Appellate Division and the NY Court of Appeals. I have recently cut back on litigation and have concentrated my practice in wills, trusts, estates, estate planning, probate and elder law. I am honest and fair in my charges. I am particular in what matters I take on and will not take on any and every matter that walks in my door. I expect cooperation and a positive attitude from my clients so that I may do the best job for them. I am not fond of real estate closings although I am very experienced in doing them. I am totally "hands-on" and find most closings to be too time-consuming to be profitable. I have a significant client base built up over a number of years. If I believe a client has been treated unjustly, I am a formidable adversary.
