Joseph C. Delk, IV is a graduate of Duke University (B.A. Political Science) and Washington & Lee University School of Law (Juris Doctor). Joseph began his legal career in 2008, honing his skills in complex matters at a South Carolina insurance defense firm. In 2010, Joseph returned to his North Carolina roots, establishing his practice in Lenoir. Here, he leveraged his expertise to champion clients facing criminal charges (misdemeanors & felonies) and traffic violations. Joseph's passion for protecting his clients' rights extends beyond the courtroom. Since 2022, he has shifted his practice to assist individuals and families in navigating real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
