Mona Deldar

I was born and raised in Northern California and earned my Bachelor’s degree with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley. My journey into law began after an internship at a personal injury law firm, which inspired me to pursue a legal career. I attended the University of San Francisco School of Law, where I contributed to the Maritime Law Journal, and received my Juris Doctorate degree in 2003. My practice is devoted to representing injured plaintiffs in a wide array of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. I am passionate about assisting individuals who might not have the resources to challenge insurance companies. I take pride in providing effective representation without charging any out-of-pocket fees to my clients. My record of success is recognized by both my peers and clients. I have successfully resolved cases against major corporations and insurance companies, including 7-11, Home Depot, Farmers, Allstate, and Geico, securing victories in cases that might otherwise have been denied or undervalued. Beyond my legal practice, I dedicate time and resources to various non-profit organizations and cherish spending time with my family.
