I am a personal injury attorney dedicated to protecting the rights of those who have been injured. Helping individuals navigate the legal system requires both compassion and determination, and these qualities guide me in my daily work. I am deeply committed to my clients, understanding that the outcomes I achieve can have a profound impact on their lives. Through my advocacy, I have secured multiple million-dollar recoveries and am honored to be a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. I bring a unique perspective to medical malpractice cases, having started my legal career at a prominent firm where I defended some of the largest hospitals, healthcare systems, and physician practice groups in Upstate New York. Witnessing the devastating effects of medical malpractice on patients and their families, I quickly realized that my skills and passion were better suited to advocating for individuals rather than representing large corporations. Since shifting my focus to personal injury, I have successfully handled a wide range of medical malpractice claims, as well as cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect. My experience includes matters such as failure to diagnose prostate and breast cancer, delayed stroke diagnoses, failure to identify deep vein thrombosis, medication and surgical errors, emergency department mistakes, and nursing negligence. Over the course of my nearly 25-year career, I have been fortunate to receive some of the legal profession's highest honors. Since 2015, I have been recognized as a New York Super Lawyer and was previously named a “Rising Star” by the New York Law Journal. I hold an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and am a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only organization limited to less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
