I’m an Idaho-licensed attorney who believes people matter more than paperwork, even though I happen to be very good at the paperwork. I recently joined Dean Business and Tax Law, where I will be helping clients navigate legal issues with a focus on entrepreneurs and business owners. I am also working to grow the firm’s estate planning practice as a natural extension of its existing business and tax services, so clients can receive more complete, long-term support in one place. I focus on understanding my clients as people first. That means taking the time to learn what matters most to them, how their businesses actually operate, and what they want their families and future to look like. I believe good legal work should be practical, personalized, and easy to understand, not overwhelming or one-size-fits-all. And because we work on a flat-fee basis, you never have to worry that a thoughtful conversation is being rounded up to the next tenth of an hour. Before moving into my current role, much of my legal work centered on improving internal procedures, templates, and workflows in law offices. That experience shaped how I practice today. I naturally notice inefficiencies, risk points, and breakdowns in processes, and I enjoy helping teams create clearer, more reliable systems that actually get used.
