Gregory J. De Tolla

I’m the founder of DeTolla Law Group, where I focus my practice on estate planning, probate, and administration. I have significant experience drafting irrevocable and revocable trusts, special needs trusts, wills, and business succession plans. I collaborate closely with financial planners and CPAs to ensure my clients receive the highest level of service. Before establishing my own firm, I spent several years at Ferlito Law Group, refining my skills in trusts and estates. Earlier in my career, I worked as an attorney at a large international defense firm in New York City, representing insured property owners, commercial business owners, contractors, and municipalities. My litigation journey began at a mid-size defense firm in Smithtown on Long Island. Over the years, I’ve practiced in both state and federal courts across New York. This diverse background enables me to guide my clients effectively, even when their legal needs extend beyond my practice areas.
