Darren Craig ("DC") Lamb founded DCL Legal, AI, & Business Consulting. Before launching DCL Legal, DC spent years at one of America's top 200 law firms where he handled litigation for a major fortune 500 e-commerce corporation across Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee. His practice extended internationally, representing major corporations and insurers on complex coverage, professional liability, and defense matters spanning from the United States to London. That big-firm foundation now powers a different kind of practice. At DCL Legal, DC serves growing businesses as outside general counsel — stepping in as a trusted legal and business advisor without the overhead of a full-time hire. His practice covers business litigation, commercial transactions, contract strategy, corporate governance, and AI & technology advisory. DC is also an equity holder and Chief Legal Officer of Card Cove USA, a nationally accessible sweepstakes poker platform, and holds an ownership stake in EnterPRIZE Sports, a sports media company. That experience as a business owner and operator gives his clients something most attorneys can't offer: a counselor who has sat on both sides of the table. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, DC is licensed in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana, and is based in Nashville.
