Joshua Daws

Josh Daws was born and raised in Evadale, Texas – a tiny town located in Southeast Texas. After graduating high school, Mr. Daws spent the next two years of his life serving as a missionary for his church in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he learned Spanish and developed a stronger desire to serve others. Mr. Daws received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and a minor in Spanish from Lamar University. He then attended Texas Tech School of Law where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence. While attending law school, Mr. Daws gained experience in personal injury and other areas of civil litigation as a law clerk. After graduating law school, Mr. Daws spent the next few years of his career working as a plaintiff’s attorney for a busy law firm in Houston, Texas. During this time, he gained valuable experience in and outside of the courtroom as he represented those injured by no fault of their own. Mr. Daws is excited to continue serving people that find themselves in situations where they need legal guidance and direction to navigate arguably the toughest times of their lives. During his free time, Mr. Daws enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, as well as serving in his church.
