Curtis learned grit and hard work from his father, a dedicated and proud union employee of Ford Motor Company for nearly forty years, and his mother, a veteran public school teacher. Curtis began his legal career as a defense attorney, representing insurance companies and their insureds in cases involving catastrophic multi-car accidents, wrongful deaths, product liability, and negligent security. This experience provided Curtis with invaluable insights into the strategies employed by insurance companies, equipping him with a unique advantage when advocating for his clients. Most significantly, Curtis has actual trial experience, which is increasingly rare for a civil litigator. In June 2022, Curtis founded Davis Trial Law.
