Marc C. Saperstein is an attorney at law certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than two percent of all of New Jersey’s attorneys. Marc C. Saperstein is a founding partner of the New Jersey personal injury law firm Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. and in addition to his New Jersey practice, he heads the firms New York Personal Injury Practice Group. As a trial lawyer Marc Saperstein has won million or multimillion dollar verdicts or settlements for over fifty of his clients including a $20 million verdict for a New York injured construction worker. His areas of concentration as an injury lawyer include all types of motor vehicle accidents, truck, bus car, motorcycle, rail accidents, construction site negligence, product liability claims caused by defective machines and consumer products, slip, trip and falls caused by negligent property owners, medical malpractice and other tort liability cases.
