Kristy Davies

For a decade, Kristy has served as a fierce advocate for personal injury victims and their families. Kristy's passion is to recover full and fair compensation for victims suffering from any injury including wrongful death, neck and spinal injuries, broken or amputated limbs, paralysis and traumatic brain injuries. Kristy has litigated hundreds of cases and successfully obtained millions in verdicts and judgments against tortfeasors, including large corporations. Insurance companies know and consider Kristy's success in personal injury when evaluating and paying claims to injured parties. Kristy graduated magna cum laude from The University of Georgia and obtained a law degree from Florida State University. Before graduating from law school, Kristy began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in the First Judicial Circuit of Florida where she litigated hundreds of cases as lead prosecutor. She is licensed in all state courts for Georgia and Florida, the Georgia State Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts. She is a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star, which recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40, and was selected for the 2016-17 GTLA LEAD program which recognizes prominent lawyers for leadership. Kristy started her own firm, Davies Hothem Injury Law, in 2021. Kristy's mission is to obtain bring hope and healing to her injured clients, as well as those in need in her community. Davies Hothem partners with local non-profits, including Gateway Domestic Violence Center and We Care Hall County. The Davies Hothem Domestic Violence Fund was created especially to support survivors of domestic violence by funding the retainers and legal fees required to obtain a divorce and keep their children safe. Davies Hothem has committed to these non-profits to provide a sustaining source of financial support throughout the year. With each client, Davies Hothem brings recovery and restores our community.
