David Eric Falik

David Falik has over 30 years of experience meeting clients’ needs and providing vigorous and spirited representation of often difficult or sensitive positions. In addition to trial court and appellate court experience, he has handled arbitrations, mediations, various private judging situations, and hammered out settlements. He has experience obtaining as well as defending against Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, dealing with all aspects of the division of property, Child Custody, Spousal and Child Support litigation, as well as both drafting and challenging pre-nuptial agreements. A San Francisco native, after going East to an Ivy League college, and then to Los Angeles for a top-tier law school, he immediately returned to begin his legal career at the home office of a locally based national firm. Before joining Silva & Associates, he had done work for some of the biggest names in law. He is committed to being approachable and available to his clients. Because litigation can be such an expensive and acrimonious process, he is passionate about creating a safe environment where clients are well-informed and empowered to make the best choices going forward for themselves and their families.
