David Caldwell Barsalou

David C. Barsalou is a real estate, business, and tax attorney licensed in both Texas and New York. A graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston, where he earned his J.D. cum laude (top 15% of his class), David focuses on commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance and controversy, and a broad range of real estate and business transactions. He regularly handles complex contract drafting and negotiation, as well as residential and commercial real estate transactions.
