David Blaskovich

Dave Blaskovich is an attorney serving business and individual clients in the state and federal courts of Indiana and Illinois. Dave’s experience includes many areas of law, with a focus on real estate, business transactions, and creditors’ rights litigation. Dave’s experience includes the representation of lenders, investors, landlords, and other businesses. During the past several years, Dave has devoted a substantial amount of his time and efforts on matters related to real estate and real estate investment. His efforts have included negotiating and drafting purchase-sale and lease agreements; representation for acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, businesses, and other assets; negotiating and drafting commercial loans including promissory notes, mortgages, guarantees, security agreements, UCC documents, land-sale contracts, and forbearance agreements. Dave also has experience in commercial and consumer litigation involving secured and unsecured debt collection, mortgage, land-sale contract, and mechanic's lien foreclosures, receiverships, sheriff sales, public auctions, replevins, ejectments/evictions. Bankruptcy creditor representation includes reaffirmation agreements, stay relief, proofs of claim, Section 363 sales, non-dischargeability adversary proceedings, and objections to plans, in addition to providing advice and counsel on a broad range of business and legal issues.
