Kristin Renee Farrack

Kristin Farrack, partner at Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers, is a dedicated advocate for individuals whose lives have been disrupted by the negligence of others. Named partner in 2024, Kristin combines her extensive legal experience with a passion for helping clients receive the full value they deserve. Born and raised in Houston, Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. Now based in Austin, she is an active member of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. At Daniel Stark, Kristin plays a key leadership role in business development, managing referral relationships, overseeing business-to-business marketing, and ensuring compliance with State Bar advertising standards. A strong believer in mentorship, Kristin encourages young attorneys to seek guidance from experienced professionals to develop practical skills and confidence in the legal field. She is also passionate about technology’s role in improving client communication and case management. Outside the office, Kristin gives back to the community through her volunteer work with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where she is a lifetime member. When she’s not advocating for clients, you can find her enjoying golf, hiking, and live music – often joined by her springer spaniel, Scout.
