I have extensive civil litigation experience including, but not limited to, breach of contracts involving real estate transactions and services, automobile accidents, complex civil litigation, insurance bad faith, §1983 cases, slip and fall injuries and workers’ compensation cases. I have a wide variety of Traffic, Misdemeanor and Felony experience with cases involving arson, assault, domestic violence, possession and distribution of drugs, vehicular assault, sexual assault, child abuse, kidnapping and attempted murder. My extensive family law litigation experience includes large and small estates, restraining orders, child support, and custody disputes involving allegations of physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse.
