Have been a "Courtroom" lawyer for over 40 years and appeared in many Courts with numerous jury trials, verdicts and appeals. My law practice is now limited to only lawyer/legal malpractice and/or their gross misconduct, serious or catastrophic personal injuries to you or a loved one including what is called a wrongful death case and finally filing, perfecting and orally arguing appeal cases in all four (4) New York State Appellate Departments - recently (2023) orally argued one of my cases before the highest Appellate Court in New York State (New York State Court of Appeals) located in Albany. It has always been my pleasure to provide each and every one of my clients ( I am picky) with my utmost personal attention starting from the inception of your case until its final conclusion.
