Andrew Rader

Concentrating on personal injury or death caused from automotive accidents, falls, and medical malpractice, Andrew Rader has been serving his clients throughout Florida and New York for over 30 years in both state and federal courts. In 2013, Mr. Rader owns a leading South Florida personal-injury and commercial-litigation law firm, focusing on serious car accidents, trucking accidents, slip/trip and falls, catastrophic injuries, medical and nursing negligence, crime victims, and business disputes. Born and raised in Freeport, New York, Mr. Rader earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Binghamton University, and a Juris Doctor degree cum laude (with Honors) from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., where he was invited to the GW Law Moot Court Board for his eloquent oral argument.
