Anthony C. Curcio is the Managing Member of Curcio Law. Anthony has a wealth of experience in practicing real estate law. Anthony handles a broad range of both residential and commercial real estate matters involving land use, zoning, leasing, transactions and financing. Anthony represents commercial and residential real estate developers before municipalities throughout Long Island in obtaining land use and zoning approvals, in addition to all phases of site development from sub-division approval to site plan approval. Anthony also represents commercial and residential buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of real estate throughout Long Island and New York City. Anthony represents residential and commercial landlords and tenants in the negotiation and execution of lease agreements, building violations and landlord/tenant disputes. In addition, Anthony represents commercial and residential borrowers and lenders in a broad range of commercial and residential loan transactions.
