I have been a trial lawyer at Curcio Law since 2018, representing clients in a variety of cases including motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and more. CASES: $300,000: Hit and Run- Client, a 60-year-old pedestrian, was struck by a hit-and-run driver while crossing a road in Springfield, Virginia. The victim, who spoke limited English, was initially misidentified in a police report due to communication barriers and errors in the investigation. The driver was later found during a traffic stop, and the passenger of the hit-and-run vehicle came forward to report the incident. $300,000: Burn Injury- Client suffered a chemical burn on her scalp as a result of a hair lightening procedure. As part of the procedure, the salon applied a chemical to our client’s hair and enclosed the chemical with aluminum foil. Within 10 minutes, our client started feeling her hair burn and smoke emitted from the foil. $275,000: Traumatic Brain Injury- client was a passenger in a vehicle that was t-boned in Old Town, Alexandria. Our client’s vehicle was traveling straight through a solid green light when the other vehicle attempted to make a left turn through the intersection.
