Katia Nicole Alcantar

Katia is a cannabis business litigator experienced in disputes concerning contracts, commercial leases, and business torts. Katia graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vermont Law School, where she was the Articles Editor for the Vermont Law Review, and received numerous accolades, including a certificate in the Experiential Advocacy Program, the Endowed J. Scott Cameron Scholarship, Vermont Law Academic Scholarship, and the CALI Excellence Awards for achieving the highest grades in Negotiation and Evidence.
