Oleg Cross

At Cross Law APC, located in La Jolla, California, I am recognized as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. My practice is focused on assisting clients with trust disputes, contested probate, and wealth disputes. I often work alongside other attorneys and professionals on issues such as contested trust matters, trust modifications, and representation of fiduciaries or beneficiaries. Additionally, I provide guidance throughout various stages of trust administration and proceedings. My courtroom experience includes both bench and jury trials, and I handle select appeals. Notably, I served as counsel of record in the significant case of Haggerty v. Thornton, 15 Cal.5th 729 (2024). I graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2006 and have since been recognized with the AV Preeminent peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and a “Superb 10.0” score on Avvo. I am authorized to practice in all California courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
