Over the course of his career, he has secured numerous victories in trials, arbitrations, and appeals. He is regularly recognized as a Mountain States Super Lawyer, a member of Utah’s Legal Elite, and one of The Best Lawyers in America in Labor and Employment Litigation. In addition to his employment law practice, Mr. Crook has extensive experience in civil litigation, real property and probate disputes, land use matters, water law, and appellate advocacy. He has argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the Utah Supreme Court, and the Utah Court of Appeals. Mr. Crook earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1996, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, he served on the BYU Law Review and worked as an associate editor for the BYU Journal of Public Law. After graduating, he clerked for Judge William H.
