Stephen A. Cruz

Stephen is a member of the corporate and litigation practice at Croessmann & Westberg, focusing on construction disputes, real estate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Stephen has extensive experience defending and representing construction clients in matters before the court in the State of Maryland, District of Columbia, and U.S. District for the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. In addition, Stephen has experience representing construction clients before the American Arbitration Association and other means of dispute resolution. Stephen also represents construction and real estate clients in business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, formation, and employment matters.
