Alex M. Neill

Alex was born and raised in Kalispell, MT. She has been licensed to practice law in Montana since 2011. Alex was a prosecutor with the Flathead County Attorney's Office for five years and outside of that has been in private practice and briefly was an attorney for MT Fish, Wildlife, and Parks. Alex has extensive experience in district court, city and justice courts, and has appeared in federal court. Alex specializes family law (dissolution, parenting plans, child custody, child support) and in criminal defense, particularly DUI's.
