I have been practicing law since 2002, gaining experience in areas such as bankruptcy, probate, wills and trust preparation, personal injury, real estate, construction law, criminal defense, family law, landlord/tenant matters, and contract disputes. Currently, I focus my practice on five key areas: bankruptcy, probate, family law, business law, and personal injury. With bankruptcy cases, I assist individuals facing financial difficulties, whether they are filing for chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy or exploring alternative debt settlement options. Over the years, I have guided hundreds of clients through the bankruptcy process, working to make it more manageable and helping them move forward with confidence. In probate matters, I offer support to clients managing estate issues after the loss of a loved one. I focus on providing compassionate and efficient assistance during these challenging times. In family law, I work with clients on issues like divorce, child support, child custody, and modifications to court orders. I strive to help clients navigate these emotional situations with care and understanding. In business law, I help clients with business formation, organization, and administration. My previous experience as General Counsel for several startup businesses has given me valuable perspective on the legal challenges that new companies often face. I am licensed to practice law in both Alaska and Utah, which enables me to assist clients across multiple jurisdictions. I am dedicated to treating every client with respect and delivering effective legal representation.
