Pasang Jamling

Pasang Jamling is a business lawyer. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities offerings, commercial finance, and general corporate matters. Pasang also advises clients on commercial litigation and employment matters. Pasang served as a committee member of the Structured Finance & Securitization Committee at the New York City Bar Association from 2022 to 2023. Pasang completed the LLM program in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law at Fordham University School of Law, earning a Master of Laws degree.
