Alexander Waddington

I am an attorney in Miami and a founding partner of Coto & Waddington PLLC. My work spans small-business and startup matters, as well as estate planning. I assist clients with forming and organizing their companies, preparing and reviewing the contracts they rely on, and putting comprehensive planning tools in place—such as wills and trusts—to protect their assets and avoid probate whenever possible. I spent much of my youth in Puerto Rico, where I became fluent in Spanish and developed a strong connection to the community and culture. Before entering the legal profession, I served six years in the United States Army Reserve and deployed overseas.
