Giuliana Coto

I am an attorney in Miami and one of the founding partners of Coto & Waddington PLLC. My work centers on helping individuals and businesses plan, protect, and operate with confidence. I assist clients with estate planning—including wills, trusts, and probate-avoidance strategies—as well as business formation, contract drafting, and the day-to-day legal needs that arise as a company grows. I also represent clients in condominium and HOA matters. This includes addressing unlawful board conduct, improper assessments, denial of access to records, and other issues that affect the rights of homeowners under Florida law. I am a first-generation Cuban-American, born and raised in Miami. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, graduating magna cum laude, and later returned to UM for law school, where I graduated cum laude.
