Abraham Frangie brings a commitment to serving his clients’ best interests in AMM’s Business Law and Litigation practice groups. Using a collaborative approach to learn each client’s goals and needs, Abraham is able to guide them to the most practical and effective strategies and solutions. Abraham represents businesses and business owners regarding a variety of transactional matters, including: business formation, drafting governance documents, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, shareholder/member/partnership agreements, ownership disputes, commercial agreements, drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, employment contracts, asset purchase agreements, buy-sells, leases and other documents; performing substantial due diligence, and working with state and local governments to obtain necessary business licenses. In his litigation practice, Abraham is focused on supporting business owners facing legal challenges in civil litigation matters including: business disputes, shareholder/partnership conflicts, contract disputes, buy-sell agreement conflicts, and real estate litigation. He understands that legal matters can involve sensitive and complex issues, and provides peace of mind and clarity to his clients as they work together to bring their matter to the best available resolution.
