Craig L. Pankratz

Growing up on a farm in Erda, Utah taught me the value of hard work, tenacity, and integrity. These attributes have shaped my life. In high school, although I was undersized, I captained my football team's offensive and defensive lines and garnered all region and all state honors. I also dedicated myself to my studies, graduating second in my high school class, earning full tuition academic scholarships, and receiving Magna Cum Laude honors at BYU and Baylor Law School. My work ethic, tenacity, and integrity continue to motivate me as an attorney. I have tried twenty-three jury trials and hundreds of bench trials, including trials for DUI, assault and battery, property damage and destruction, trespass, dog bites, and traffic accidents. In addition to my trial experience, I represent clients before Utah's appellate courts and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and have authored or co-authored many appellate briefs.
