Charles Horne Cooper Jr

My professional career has been dedicated to helping people navigate life-changing harm. I’ve worked as a trial lawyer for over 35 years, assisting thousands of individuals and families in their pursuit of answers and justice. I’m honored to be a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. The Academy, an elite invitation-only organization of distinguished trial lawyers from the U.S. and over 30 other countries, was established in 1954 to uphold the Rule of Law and promote professional excellence. Candidates are admitted as Fellows only after undergoing a year-long rigorous vetting process focusing on skill, integrity, and character. My practice focuses on cases involving serious injury and wrongful death, whether the harm stems from medical malpractice, civil rights violations, or vehicle crashes. I take pride in being a good listener, an empathetic advisor, and a determined advocate in the courtroom.
