While Attorney Conticello has enjoyed the experience of working in-house with the State Government and private corporations, his experience is best suited to working in private practice where he can focus on helping people. Attorney Conticello has dedicated a significant part of his practice to dealing with Estate Planning and Elder Law planning. His Elder law practice is where he helps elderly families qualify for Medicaid and VA benefits without having to lose their homes, money, and savings. Death is a tough topic to deal with. But facing our mortality head-on requires planning, and we do it for our loved ones and our legacy. There is no way to get second chances when it comes to creating your Estate Plan. If you don't create a plan, then the State of Florida and a Judge will make those decisions for you. Attorney Conticello also leverages his 20+ years working for governmental entities, and now represents people and businesses facing issues dealing with Florida's Sunshine Laws and Public Record requests. This might include anything from coordinating a complex public record request, or litigating against a governmental entity to ensure that they comply with Florida's Sunshine laws.
