About
I am an Associate Attorney at Consumer Attorneys PLLC, where I focus my practice on protecting consumers from credit-reporting mistakes, illegal debt-collection practices, and other violations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. My current work builds on the experience I gained at a consumer-protection practice, where I managed FCRA cases and a variety of related matters, and on the litigation skills I developed during my time as a full-time Pro Bono Scholar at Disability Rights New York. I am drawn to consumer-protection law because it provides a practical way to hold businesses accountable when they cut corners or deceive everyday people. Helping a client restore their reputation—or regain the financial opportunities they lost due to an incorrect report or creditor misstep—brings me real fulfillment in my work. In line with that commitment, I prioritize clear and open communication with every client. I make it a point to answer questions quickly and ensure that each procedural step is explained, so no one feels uncertain about the progress of their case. I earned my J.D. from Hofstra Law School on a full scholarship and was honored to participate in the Pro Bono Scholars Program, which allowed me to take the bar exam early and expedite my admission to practice law. Before attending law school, I achieved a B.A. in Philosophy at Brooklyn College, where I further honed my analytical skills with a minor in computer science. Outside of my legal work, I enjoy writing music, playing several instruments, following a variety of sports, and spending quality time with my wife and our dog.
