Connor & Connor PLLC was founded in 2012 by husband and wife attorney team Derek and Amanda Connor. Connor & Connor PLLC specializes in business law, business formation, transactional law, and regulatory compliance. Connor & Connor PLLC has been at the forefront of Nevada’s cannabis industry since SB 374 was introduced in the Nevada Senate in early 2013. Since that time, Connor & Connor PLLC has become industry leaders in the cannabis regulatory compliance field, working with numerous clients, groups, and governments to ensure the safe and effective implementation and enforcement of Nevada’s complex cannabis laws. Connor & Connor PLLC’s team has been asked to assist with the development of regulations for the cannabis industry. Amanda Connor was a member of several working groups of the Governor’s Task Force and drafted suggested language to be considered in the development of the regulations overseeing Nevada’s retail marijuana industry. Amanda Connor also served as a chair to Women Grow, an industry group that brings knowledge and professionalism to the nascent industry.
