Caroline Larochelle Nadeau

Attorney and Founder of Compass Immigration P.A., Caroline Larochelle Nadeau is originally from Quebec, Canada. In 2015 she immigrated to the United States on a K-1 Fiance Visa to be with her husband, a member of the U.S. Military. As an immigrant herself, she has first-hand knowledge of the stress that can be caused by navigating the immigration process. As a military spouse, she has had the privilege of assisting many military members and their families with their immigration needs. Her experiences, both professional and personal, allow her to better prepare and assist her clients through their immigration journey. Mrs. Larochelle Nadeau attended the University of Ottawa, Canada, where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development and Globalization as well as two different law degrees: the first in Civil Law (LL.L), and the second in Common Law (J.D.). By specializing in International Development and International Law, she was able to focus her studies on the legal, political and social conditions of developing countries and the effects of globalization. Mrs. Larochelle Nadeau began her legal career as a research assistant for the Supreme Court of Canada. After several years of working at the Supreme Court of Canada, Mrs. Larochelle Nadeau began working in private practice. Since moving to the United States, Mrs. Larochelle Nadeau focuses her practice exclusively on Immigration Law. Mrs. Larochelle Nadeau has successfully represented clients before the Unites States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and assisted in securing a wide array of immigration benefits including: Family-Based Petitions, Asylum, VAWA, U Visas, DACA, Extensions of Status, Waivers, Humanitarian Visas, Adjustment of Status, Citizenship, and E-2 visas. Mrs. Larochelle Nadeau has also demanded action from USCIS on petitions that the agency failed to adjudicate.
