Rusten C. Hurd is a founding partner at the law firm of Colombo and Hurd, PL. In almost three decades of legal practice, Mr. Hurd has garnered experience with a wide variety of immigration matters including employment-based green cards, family petitions, business immigration, litigation, as well as naturalization and citizenship matters. Mr. Hurd's business immigration practice includes assisting clients with EB-2 National Interest Waivers (EB-2 NIW Visa), EB-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions (EB-1A Visa), L-1 intracompany transfers (L1 visa), E-2 treaty investor visas (E2 visa), H-1B specialty occupation visas (H-1B visa), and O-1 visas for individuals with extraordinary ability. He has successfully represented professionals and entrepreneurs from Canada, Mexico, Colombia, and many other countries in obtaining permanent residence in the United States.
