Edward has served as Senior in-house counsel for two Fortune 5 companies - Apple and ConocoPhillips. He has also developed international intellectual property experience as Head of IP for a startup, and as a Senior Associate for a firm now on the Global 20 ranking list. His clients have included tech enterprises in a variety of domains including: advanced software, consumer electronics, microchip design, medical device, autonomous vehicles, computer vision, robotics, and aerospace/aviation among others. As Managing Partner of Cognition IP, Edward leads a team of partners who have represented globally recognizable patent portfolios for companies such as: Apple, Hewlett Packard, Salesforce, Purdue, AstraZeneca, and Texas Instruments.
