Claire Elise Partin

Claire concentrates her practice on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters in Austin and throughout Central Texas. She joined FVF Law Firm – Injury & Wrongful Death Lawyers in mid-2022, bringing with her strong trial experience and a client-first approach that reflects a deep commitment to both results and service. A Texas native, Claire grew up in Abilene and later earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University as part of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2011. While attending law school, she was selected for a competitive internship with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, where she worked alongside nationally recognized attorneys advocating for voting rights and equal access to education. She also dedicated her time to pro bono service through the St. Mary’s Center for Legal Justice, assisting low-income individuals with critical legal needs. Claire’s work is driven by a genuine desire to advocate for people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Since 2022, she has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor that reflects both her professional skill and her unwavering dedication to her clients. In 2024, her case results included the #26 and #58 Top Motor Vehicle Accident Settlements in Texas, as reported by Top Verdict. Now based in Austin, Claire was drawn to the city for its culture, community, and access to the outdoors. She and her wife, Tiffany, are proud parents to a toddler who has quickly become their favorite camping and adventure companion.
