Anthony Claiborne

A registered patent attorney, I followed my decade of engineering experience at a Fortune 100 company with more than 25 years of legal practice in law firms, at a major scientific research institution and in public corporations, most recently as worldwide director of intellectual property for Microsoft Services. I am a technologist at heart. For hobbies, I write code (mostly C++ and Python) and build computers and sounding rockets. Being a patent lawyer is very fulfilling for me because I get to work with my clients, who are creative, fellow technologists. The focus of my practice is on individual inventors and startups at their seed and Series A funding stages. My goal is to help my clients protect their intellectual property, attracting investment and enhancing value.
