Mitchell Chubb

Mitch Chubb is a native of Central Florida. The son of a pastor and teacher, he was raised in a family whose focus was serving others and helping those in need. This upbringing served as the foundation for his future as a lawyer representing injured people who need to make their voices heard by large corporations and insurance companies. Mitch takes pride in righting wrongs, and treats each of his clients like a member of his family. He began his legal career by representing individuals and small businesses who were affected by the BP Oil Spill–recovering over $50,000,000 for his clients. This work helped Mitch discover his passion for representing people against the powerful. The majority of his career has involved helping individuals seek justice for their injuries against large corporations and insurance companies. Mitch is a certified member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum which is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. Fewer than 1 % of U.S. lawyers are members. Mitch was also selected for inclusion into the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Florida, an honor given to only a select group of lawyers for their superior skills and qualifications in the field.
