Christopher Lane

Christopher D. Lane has been practicing law in North Carolina since 1994. He received hs Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Albion College in 1986. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, where he also received an MBA degree. Mr. Lane is admitted to practice in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Western, Middle and Eastern District Federal Courts of North Carolina, as well as the State Courts of North Carolina. Mr. Lane has extensive experience in Debtor / Creditor law. His practice areas include debt counsel, debt settlement, bankruptcy, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Mr. Lane is married with three children, and resides in Clemmons, North Carolina.
