Brett Joseph West

I am a trial attorney serving clients in the Commonwealth of Virginia primarily with personal injury cases. I also have a background with traffic and criminal cases. As the proud son of two military parents, I served as Vice President of the Veterans and Military Law Association, where I advocated for veterans’ rights and headed up annual Veterans Day Commemorations at the University of Richmond. Prior to joining the Pendleton Law team, I focused my practice on defending complex federal civil rights cases.
