About
Carl E. Christensen is the founder of Christensen Law Office PLLC in Minneapolis, where he represents individuals and businesses in consumer law, business disputes, real estate, intellectual property, and litigation matters. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer every year since 2017 and previously earned an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. With more than 15 years of experience, Carl has successfully handled complex foreclosure defense cases, trademark and copyright disputes, and real estate litigation in both state and federal courts. He has argued before the Minnesota Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 8th and 10th Circuits, and multiple U.S. District Courts. In addition to his practice, Carl has published and lectured extensively on consumer and real estate law. He has also taught Intellectual Property Foundations as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law, where he earned his J.D. He holds a B.A. from Washington University. Carl is admitted to practice in Minnesota, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the Southern District of New York, the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 8th and 10th Circuits. When not practicing law, Carl enjoys cross-country skiing and spending time outdoors with his partner, Karin, their daughter, and their dog.
