Luke Thomas Needleman

Luke Needleman is a dedicated trial attorney at CHASENBOSCOLO with a strong record of securing meaningful results for injury victims across Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Known for his meticulous preparation and courtroom presence, Luke served as lead counsel in a 2025 jury trial in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, resulting in a $1.5 million verdict, demonstrating his ability to deliver powerful outcomes for his clients. Luke concentrates his practice on personal injury claims, representing individuals and families injured in motor vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, unsafe property conditions, and other serious incidents, as well as wrongful death and survival actions and first-party insurance disputes.
