He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1988 and his JD degree from Campbell University School of Law in 1991. Throughout his career, Steve has focused on personal injury and worker's compensation law, authoring a chapter on ad valorem taxation for the Minister's Legal Desk Reference.
