Eric Robert Chandler

Eric R. Chandler is a founding partner of Chandler | Conway, a personal injury law firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. He represents individuals and families across Nebraska who have been injured in car accidents, trucking collisions, and other serious injury cases. Before entering private practice, Eric served as a criminal prosecutor with the Douglas County Attorney’s Office, where he handled numerous cases in court. That trial experience informs how he approaches personal injury claims today—from investigating liability to preparing cases for trial when necessary. Eric has spent much of his legal career representing injured clients in disputes with insurance companies and large corporations. His practice focuses primarily on motor vehicle accident cases, including car accidents, commercial trucking crashes, and cases involving catastrophic injuries. A lifelong Omahan, Eric earned his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He has been recognized by organizations including The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
