Jesse Centrella

Jesse has dedicated his entire professional career to advocating for employees who have experienced workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. He represents employees in a broad array of employment discrimination matters, including sexual harassment, racial harassment, hostile work environment claims, disability discrimination, wrongful termination, and other forms of discrimination or harassment based on protected characteristics. In addition to his employment discrimination practice, Jesse advises and represents employees on a wide range of employment matters, including, for example, negotiating severance and non-compete agreements, reviewing and counseling on employment agreements and contracts, and advising clients on workplace issues and disputes, among various other employee-focused services.
