Yohan Zingile

Yohan is the Attorney of Center for U.S. Services (CFUIS) Bradenton Office. With about 60 years of combined experience in Immigration law, CFUIS provides immigration services to families and businesses. Yohan’ s goal is to help clients realize their dream of living in the United States. Yohan speaks Spanish, Portuguese, French and Creole. His ability to speak various languages enables him to effectively assist immigrants from diverse background. Yohan is from the Caribbean Island of Guadeloupe and came to the U.S. as a student. He went through the immigration processes and personally knows how the immigration process can be very stressful, fearful and complicated. Yohan has a deep understanding of the complexity of immigration situations. Since he was a student, Yohan has volunteered and been helping immigrants. With passion Yohan deliver customized, creative, and effective immigration solutions which address clients' specific needs. His objective is to ensure you have the best chance of success right from the beginning. Yohan provides legal advice with integrity and honesty, and explain to his clients the strategy that is most likely to succeed. Yohan puts his clients' interest first whatever the type of cases (family or business immigration) he is working on. He has gained trust from the immigrant communities to assist them in their immigration processes. Yohan represents clients in Bradenton/Palmetto/Sarasota area and all over the world. Yohan has a Master’s degree in Litigation Law from the University of Antilles in Guadeloupe. He also has a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. Yohan is licensed and admitted to the Arizona State Supreme Court. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
