As a former defense attorney who has not only defended personal injury claims but also legal malpractice claims, I understand what to do and, more importantly, what not to do when handling a personal injury case. Defending lawyers and law firms against legal malpractice claims, I witnessed firsthand the mistakes that can be made when handling personal injury cases. That experience gave me the tools to become an aggressive and successful personal injury attorney who pays attention to detail. I am a Long Island native. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 2001 and my law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2004.
